Scott Domingue

President

Scott Domingue  provides executive leadership for Acadian Total Security, Acadian Health, and Acadian Federal Resources, guiding these organizations in delivering innovative solutions across security, healthcare, and government sectors. His broad leadership role ensures operational excellence and drives growth across all divisions.

Courtney Juneau

Vice President

Courtney started his career at Acadian Companies in 2006. He additionally serves as Vice President of Safety Management Systems and Acadian Federal Resources.

Courtney graduated from University of Louisiana in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in applied life sciences.

Jeremy Coombs

Senior Director

As Senior Director, Jeremy leads Acadian Health operations as the company continues to expand into new markets across the United States.

With a career spanning more than a decade in healthcare management, Jeremy brings a wealth of experience in leadership, team building, and operational excellence. Prior to joining Acadian Health, Jeremy held key leadership positions, including Senior Director of Mobile Integrated Health and Community Paramedicine, as well as Vice President of Category Management and Contracting.

Brandon Pate

Director of Business Development

As Director of Business Development, Brandon leads strategic growth initiatives, expand key partnerships, and develop new opportunities that strengthen Acadian Health. He will also grow service lines, support revenue growth, and align business development efforts with the company’s strategic goals.

Joe Weber

Program Manager

Joe has 30 years of experience in fire, emergency medical services, and community paramedicine. He began his career in 1995 as a volunteer firefighter in California, and earned his EMT certification in 1996 and firefighter certification in 1997. His dedication to emergency response led him to a full-time firefighter role in 2000, where he gained leadership experience working alongside EMS and public safety agencies.

In 2006, he became a nationally registered paramedic. In 2012, he was introduced to community paramedicine and recognized its ability to improve patient outcomes while strengthening the healthcare system. In 2018, he relocated to Florida, where he worked with a clinically diverse patient population and obtained his critical care certification.

A new community paramedic opportunity emerged, focusing on hospital-at-home patients. As this need grew and evolved, Joe took on a leadership role in a newly established local mobile health team that was developing a national community paramedic footprint. He played a key role in transitioning the team to Acadian Health and accepted the role of Program Manager for national operations.

Joe leads national mobile health initiatives, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care through innovative Mobile Integrated Health solutions. He is committed to integrity, teamwork, and ownership, striving to enhance access to care and improve healthcare delivery across communities.

Nick Coffman

Project Manager

As Project Manager, Nick leads projects that advance our Hospital at Home, Acute Care, and Clinic at Home programs, helping deliver high-quality care directly to patients in their homes.

Nick brings years of EMS experience, from EMT to paramedic, and has held roles as a training officer, operations supervisor, and community relations manager. He has also worked extensively supporting first responders’ mental health with his dog, Jude.

Chris Heller

Operations Manager

Chris Heller has been with Acadian Companies since 2011. He began as an EMT for Acadian Ambulance before advancing to a paramedic in the Greater New Orleans region. He has served as an adjunct National EMS Academy instructor and preceptor for students and new hires. He also represented his operations area on Acadian’s ESOP Committee.

Chris moved into the Mobile Healthcare field in 2014, and has worked to develop Acadian’s program over the years. When Acadian shifted their Mobile Healthcare operations to the Acadian Health brand, Chris moved into the Operations Supervisor role before becoming Operations Manager. He manages Acadian Health’s Louisiana and Texas operations and is working to expand the company’s footprint. He recently became a Certified Community Paramedic.

Chris is a native of New Orleans and a graduate of Holy Cross High School, the National EMS Academy, and Northwestern State University. He holds a degree in Allied Health Management.

Dr. Ameen Jamali

Medical Director

Dr. Ameen M. Jamali, MD, FACEP, brings extensive experience and expertise to his role as Medical Director at Safety Management Systems. Currently serving as a Clinical Assistant Professor at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Dr. Jamali combines academic pursuits with hands-on clinical practice, providing care at the Medical Center Hospital Emergency Department in Odessa, Texas.

With positions at prestigious institutions like Johns Hopkins, Dr. Jamali has contributed significantly to emergency medicine and tactical medicine. He has provided medical support to various government agencies, including the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the United States Secret Service.

Board-certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine, Dr. Jamali’s training and education at institutions like William Beaumont Hospital and the University of Toledo College of Medicine have laid the foundation for his clinical skills and leadership abilities.

Dr. Jamali’s involvement in research and international healthcare initiatives, including collaborations with the World Health Organization, reflects his commitment to addressing global health challenges. He is an active member of professional organizations such as the American College of Emergency Physicians.
