Acadian Health is proud to announce the appointment of Krista Kuchenbecker as its Quality and Education Coordinator. In this role, Kuchenbecker will focus on enhancing staff education, developing training programs, and providing clinical coaching.
With over 15 years of clinical and leadership experience and a Bachelor’s of Nursing from Purdue University, Kuchenbecker has held diverse roles including Critical Care Flight Nurse, Stroke Team Nurse, Emergency Department Charge Nurse, Clinical Coach, Outreach Coordinator, and Independent Nurse Educator. She has served in high-acuity environments across Indiana, Virginia, South Carolina, Connecticut, and Florida, demonstrating excellence in patient care, staff development, and operational efficiency. Her work has also supported the launch and growth of hospital-at-home programs, which has led her to Acadian Health.

Outside of her healthcare work, Kuchenbecker is a certified personal trainer and sports nutrition specialist and runs a fitness business, helping clients build sustainable habits through balanced nutrition and exercise. She lives in Yulee, Florida, with her husband and daughter.
Kuchenbecker says she is passionate about empowering others and looks forward to bringing her energy and experience to Acadian Health’s mission.
