Step 2: We Come to You
A specially trained Acadian Health paramedic or clinician arrives at your home, typically within one hour for acute needs or at a scheduled time for planned visits. They bring the equipment needed to assess and treat you on-site.

Step 3: Treatment in Your Home
Your doctor, specialist, or health plan identifies that you could benefit from at-home care and contacts Acadian Health on your behalf.

Step 4: Seamless Follow-Up
After your visit, we share a complete clinical report with your primary care provider. If follow-up care is needed, we coordinate the next steps so you never have to chase down results or wonder what comes next.
